Just asking to see how the roads are-I was on a tour on St. Lucia which is quite hilly, and surprised myself by getting carsick-something that hasn't happened since childhood:( I was in the back of a tour bus, and have since been told that I need to sit in the front, but just wondering how hilly/windy the roads are and if it would be an issue again.

Grenada's roads are as hilly as, and a bit more twisty-turny than St.Lucia's
so again..yes.. Front Seat for you, bud!
