Going on a 7nt Oosterdam cruise. Anyone know the cost of the WiFi connection? We'll be taking our own laptop and need to check in at work periodially. My husband is a tech and he may need to 'get into' our network to troubleshoot a problem...

From my Zuiderdam review:
Internet Café: You can find this place on Deck 3, aft, (open 24 hours) and offers these packages for use on their equipment or yours:

1 Minute for 75˘ (+ $3.75 service charge)
40 Minutes for $24.00
100 Minutes for $50.00
250 Minutes for $100.00
Dialup acces in your cabin is 50˘ per minute.
WiFi access was in the Internet Center, the Library, Lobby and some other public rooms. You may use your own wireless-enabled laptop or rent a wireless card ($10 per day; optional insurance $3/day). You can also rent a laptop/wireless card combination if required (IBM ThinkPad $20 per day; optional insurance $10/day).

I didn't use WiFi myself, but it seems as though these are fees for equipment rental in addition to the access charges.

Thanks

<<<Holland America’s Vista Class ships [Zuiderdam, Oosterdam, Westerdam] offer In-cabin dial-up Internet access for those guests traveling with their own laptop computer. Connection is by phone cord at 56K modem dial-up speed. Phone cords and additional software, if needed, are available onboard the ship.
RATE: $0.50 per minute. Time plans or advertised Internet Café specials do not apply to in-cabin dial-up service>>>

I'm going to be taking my laptop and keep it in the stateroom as I don't really want to schlep it around. I wish they had a weekly rate for dial-up. When we were on RCCL we paid $100 for the whole week of dial up.
