another alcohol question

do you know if you can pre-order a specific brand that is not normally carried on board for 'room-service' delivery? how does one go about doing that? I'm guessing a call to HAL might help...but what is your experience. DH enjoys a specific (and not very expensive) brand pre-dinner..outside of smuggling..how can I get it for him? thanks

You can email or call ship's services. I tried to get a bottle of B&B for my hubby for our cruise in December. Afer about 3 weeks of emails back & forth I was told that they could not get this for us. What a disappointment!:(

You should call ship services and talk diectly to someone and find out if the particular brand of alcohol that you are interested in is available on HAL. They will not buy or sell to you any brand that they do not stock.

thanks for the answers so far...DH like 'plain ole' Ancient Age bourbon/rocks.
Out of curiosity I sent an email to HAL yesterday 9-28, let see how long before a reply. I'll post the answer when/if I get one.
