Oosterdam pre cruise hotel

I will be sailing in december out of ft. lauderdale, would like to know if anyone has stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn or Marriott Courtyard at the airport. I understand that both are new, but would appreciate any comments about either one. This will be my first Holland America cruise and am very excited. I have sailed Princess several times.
