Hi.
Can anyone tell me the number of formal nights on the Zaandam circle Hawaii 15 day cruise, leaving San Diego on the 23rd of October.
Also as we are stopping at Vegas on the way home, and with baggage allowance is there a laundry or dry cleaning service.

On our 15 day Circle Hawaii cruise we had 4 formal nights. Two before we got to the islands and 2 after we left the islands.

The Zaandam has several self-service laundries scattered about the ship. There's also laundry service.
You can send out laundry and pay by the piece, or by the bag. There will also be an "all you can send" package for the length of the cruise.
Dry cleaning and pressing services should also be available---again, by the piece or as a package.

The Zaandam is a particularly pretty ship, with a music theme. There's instruments on display as part of the art, as well as notes etched in the glass doors and music woven in some of the wallcoverings. It's all very well done.

I was on this cruise last October (07). We had 3 formal nights, which was a surprise to me (expecting 4). I'd suggest that you plan for 4.

Both times we cruised to Hawaii there were 4 formal nights two before we got there and two on the way home. This was both on Hal and Celebrity

My experience is 2 formal nights for every 7 days.
