We have cruised on Viking and Uniglobe and loved both! I want to give this trip to my husband for his 65th next year. I have read on the forum that some companies stay quite far out of town and then have to fight traffic to get into both cities. Someone mentioned that they stayed in a hotel for a couple of days, right in the center of Moscow/St. Petersburg which was alot better as you were right there and didn't take alot of time to get to the center of town. I have no preference as to which company I go with but would like some other opinions of people that have taken this river cruise. Thanks ahead of time for everyone's replies.
