Am thinking of sailing Seadream . My question is ... can individuals pay a fee and use Seadream internet and terminals ? I don't have a lap top .

Yes, there are 2 options. You can pay a per minute fee and use the terminals in the library on Deck 4. You can also use a SeaDream laptop in your stateroom and pay $35 per day for unlimited internet access.
