Auctioned artwork on Zaandam. When do you recieve?

Hi everyone
Got of the Zaandam on 9/4 and while on the ship I purchased some artwork from them. Still haven't recieved anything as of yet. Does it take 6 to 10 weeks for the artwork to get in?

Ok if I don't recieve the artwork who do I call? Somehow after my cruise I have lost all my information on this and who to call.
