Life boats on Oosterdam

At what deck on the Oosterdam are the life boats. I have a VD cat balcony room and from one deck plan it looked like either I'm over life boats or under. Anyone know??

and rooms that begin with a 5--- are just above the life boats.

The boats block the windows of Upper Promenade Deck - that's Deck 4

also if you are in the forward or aft cabins you wont be over or under them.

maybe thats why there were so many vacancys in the mid section. I suffer from terrible sea sickness so wanted in the middle. Don't guess I need to look straight down. Do the boats block any of the view on deck 5??
