wine selection

We will be on the Zuiderdam in December..Saw wines listed unders the "Gift" Selections". There were single bottle listings for $18.00 (Merlot and Chardonnay) based on "stock". Customer Service could not give me an idea of what wineries the selections may come from. They said we are given a voucher and when we board we pick the ones from a "certain" selection. Has anyone order these and if so how were the choices?
