I wish that the cruise ads/brochures/internet would put the number of sea days or port days in brackets next to the number of days for the cruise.
We prefer sea days to port days and it's a pain doing the research to see locate the ones with the highest ratio of sea days as a per centage of the total cruise. I think we had 10 out of 25 on the Statendam and that was nice. Besides crossing the Pacific and researching transatlantic and repositioning cruises, I'm hoping that there's an easier way to locate them. The future cruise person on the last cruise wasn't any help, unfortunately ... we were going to put a deposit on something.

Pat I too prefer Sea Days and there really is no eassy way other than just narrowing down to when and where you want to travel and select one but I will say we have found that by doing the Mexican Riviera numerous times there are days we do not even get off the ship or for just a very short time and we treat those like sea days but with a lot less crowded ship ;)

The Zaandam will dock in Hilo on Tuesday AM. Cruisers aboard the Zaandam.
You can buy flower leis in the building at the dock. No one should be in Hawaill without a flower lei. Zaandam will be in Hilo on Tuesday, Honolulu on Wednesday, the port of Nawiliwili on Thursday, Anchor off Lahina Maui on Friday and Kailui-Kona on Saturday. This is a wonderful cruise that I highly recommend.
