Does HAL adjust their clocks to the local time of each port or do they remain on "ships time" for the whole week?

There is much confusion on all cruise lines because there are islands in the Caribben that do not observe DST. This means that depending upon the time of year, local time may be the same as the East Coast or not.
Generally speaking, time is at the captain's discretion. To the very best of my knowledge, HAL observes and changes its clock to shore time, everywhere, except PV, Mexico.
The Oosterdam run could, in theory, have 4 time changes in a 7 day sail.
San Diego is on Pacific Time.
Cabo and Mazatlan are Mountain Time.
Puerto Vallarta is on Central Time.
This was crazy, so HAL maintains Mountain Time, while in PV.

Thanks Hammy!
I have booked an independant tour in PV and they have given me time in "Vallarta time" so wanted to make sure I had really allowed enough time to get there from the ship!
