Excursion question

Trying to decide on an excursion in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica - will be on the Jewel of the Seas. Since my daughter is interested in seeing the Rain Forest, we are looking at the Rainforest Wagon Expedition or the Eco Caribbean Paradise. Has anyone been on either of these excursions? Is one better than the other? Any other recommendations?

We normally take off on our own, but would prefer to do a ship's excursion in this port.
