Finally boarded at 11:30 pm sunday. Sailed 12:30 pm. Very limited services. Still in code red. No robes, no laundry no jacuzzis long line and a brightstar emergency already. Hope things improve soon. Will post again in a few days.

Thanks for the report. Hope things do not get worse for your cruise...or any others...especially, since we will be on the same ship the 19-29th.

Bright Star -- medical emergeny -- usually a heart attack.

What is a Brightstar emergency?
It can be any medical emergency that draws a team of professionals who come running to help. It may, or may not, be a heart attack. It can even be a trip & fall.
On disembarkation day of the E-dam's first cruise there was a "brightstar" for a death.

Sorry you will miss HMC. But, do update us about a port change, if it occurs. Many of us on the next few Zuidy runs have noticed a change from Colon to Cristobal. Will this change effect your cruise? I am sure Richard in Panama may have some insight as to this change in his new roll as Travel Guide.

If anyone knows how to transfer posts from-mail to the boards and would like to receive reports from me that you can transfer to the boards, please e-mail me and I'll do it.
