Just checked and the price for Texas Intermediate Crude as of Fri. Nov.21/08 was US $49.93/Barrel. If this trend continues 'til Dec. 18/08 the fuel surcharge charged for those departing between Jan. 1/09 and Mar.31/09 will be refunded as a ship board credit ($15.00/day/person). Hope I'm correct.

Our two week cruise in the South Pacific was billed with nearly $350 in fuel surcharges. A call to Regent indicated this would be refunded as onboard credits. We'll see.
