I have been on my treadmill daily and my current shoes just create sore feet & blisters on my toes - when I walk/run I tend to push my feet into the front of my shoes.

Thanks

I would suggest going to a running store and have one of the workers assist you. While you can just go and pick a shoe, there are so many variables when finding the right shoe for the type for your foot and gait.

Here is a good link to check out.

Good Luck, once you find a good shoe, you will get like some of us and buy them in bulk. I use 3 different shoes depending on when and how I run.

Make sure you go to a locally owned running store (not a megamart). I had issues until a fellow runner fit me in a shoe that helped my over pronation (meaning I turn my ankles in). Personally I like Mizuno and Saucony.

You can also check out runnersworld.com for a guide.

Well I purchased a pair of Saucony and I'm in heaven!!!! They just hug my feet and support them perfectly - no blisters or pain after an hour on my treadmill!!! Thanks everyone!

The newest pair of New Balance shoes I bought is probably the most cmfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned...
