What are the specialty restaurants onboard and which restaurant is the most upscale? I need to book a birthday reservation. Thanks!

Upscale?? La Veranda is a fixed menu more gourmet style restaurant with more individual tables, I guess you could say that might be more intimate for a celebration if you wish. L'Etoille, I don't know how to spell, is the regular restaurant but you can request a table for two if you wish. Please be aware that everyone enjoys the celebrations at dinner and if you give the head waiter a little advanced notice he wil provide a birthday cake. He brought one to our table in about 2 minutes after finding out we were celbrating birthdays, 5 at one table.
For real romance, you could have dinner on your veranda with a meal of your choosing through room service. You can make your reservation for La Veranda now so you lock in the special day and you can change when you get on board after you have a chance to consider the options. Depending on the particular day, you could go ashore and dine at Bloody Mary's or someplace on one of the other islands, but I doubt that would be "upscale" in comparison to the PG. We have never received service on the islands like that on the PG, but the ambiance of dining in an open air restaurant by candlelight, with the trade winds blowing etc....
I got to stop visiting this website.
