 I am so torn because I want to see both! I know I'm going to need two trips to do it. We're only in port from 7 to 3:30, so I'm thinking it would probably be better to go with "the masses" to The Baths, since Soggy Dollar and Foxy's would probably not be open that early, and if we take the ferry over, we would have to leave at noon - correct? For those of you who have done both (or just one) can you give me some advice please??????

Much as I love JVD beaches, you need three different modes of transportation to get there, and three to get back. That's a lot of coordination for a short port call. I wouldn't chance it.

Another option is to stay put on Tortola and avoid the crowds at the Baths. Tortola is a lovely, semi-unspoiled island with fantastic swimming and snorkeling at Brewer's Bay....not so crowded as Cane Garden Bay. Stop by Pusser's Pub on the way back to your ship for fish 'n chips and a Painkiller!:D I can't think of a better way to spend the day.
