Does S suites get complimentary use of the Hydrotherapy pool, or does all staterooms get the same use without a charge ?

No, suites guests (S cabins) do not get complementary use of the HPool.
Everyone has to pay for it.

We are sailing on the Westerdam in December our very first cruise with HAL.
This board has helped us so much. Thank you everyone. Anyway, does HAL offer a weeks pass for the pool and therapy room?
