What does HAL do on New Years Eve?

Formal night??? (Oosterdam is leaving a port - and going to another port the next morning)

I know on some lines New Years is a very low key evening.......

On HAL???

I am considering a New Year's cruise at the end of 2009 and asked HAL if I could get a sample of any special menus for this cruise... I was told that this is the New Year's Eve menu (may vary slightly based on quality of ingredients received, but this ought to basically be it)
