Pinnacle Grill, no dates and time available

Help Please. I have just tried to make a reservation on line for the Pinnacle Grill. I receive a message stating "No dates and times available". :( I will be traveling 1/28/09 on the Zuiderdam. Is it possible the whole 10 days are booked already? What are the possibilities the PG will be closed during the cruise:(

I will call ship services tomorrow as they are closed today.

I doubt very seriously if the Pinnacle is completely booked for the entire cruise or if it closed for the cruise.

I am wondering if they are shutting down the site while they are making adjustments.

Originally the Pinnacle price was to have gone up on Dec 15. But I know that some of us were still able to make servations for future cruises as late as last week at the old price of $20.

They may be resetting everything so that new reservations will be charged the new price of $25.

Let us know what you find out tomorrow when you call Ship Services.

I also was checking thru gift services for the Pinnacle Grill for our 02-01-09 cruise on the Westerdam on Wednesday and got the same message, nothing available. Hopefully, there will be some availability on our cruise to eat there one night.

I booked a PG reservation online for our May 20th Volendam sailing on Dec. 30 for $20 pp.

I just tried to book again online and it says No dates and times available.

You guys must be right.. they are updating the site.

Glad I made my reservation last week.

I called Ship Services today and made my Pinnacle Grill reservations. The rep made no comments on the "nothing available" message I receive. Any way I booked at $20.00 pp

I had the same issue today with the Eurodam 1/17 sailing. Called guest services and they were going to get confirmed reservations for us. The rep stated that she spoke to her supervisor and they didn't know of any problems with or updates being done with online reservations system, as I had informed her that it stated no availability.
