Cruise To Relax

We are booked on the HA Alaska Cruise Tour 22 this year and are wondering about the transportation from Fairbanks to Coldfoot and Prudhoe bay. The advertise the Explorer Coaches and they look nice but the fine print does not show them using these nice new coaches on this cruise tour. We are looking for anyone who went on this tour in 2008 who might have some pictures or info. Yes, we know about the accomodations north of Fairbanks and we still want to go. Everything I read says it is 9 hours to Coldfoot and then another 9 hours to Prudhoe Bay. Would like to have an idea what the transportation is like before we go. We might want to bring inflatable pillows or something else. Thanks for your help.
