Beeches in Ocho Rios

Anyone have knowledge, experience or comments on Sans Souci Resort (near town) or Beaches Boscobel in Ocho Rios?

If Beaches Boscobel is the Beaches located across from Sandals Ocho Rios, the actual resort is not on the beach, but across the street. They do have a beach with chairs and a bar, but the property is across a street and up a steep hill. It's pretty small, too. Hope this helps.
