Laundry question

Help, I know it has been asked and answered many times but I don't want to spend the time to look!

I know the Oosterdam doesn't have laundry facilities so I am wondering how much the unlimited laundry is. DH is already bugging me about what I want to pack.

We are on a 7-day Caribbean cruise and not in a suite.

The package is either all-inclusive, laundry only, dry cleaning only or pressing can be added to either. I've never gone for 7 days but I'm sure it's cheaper than 17 or 34 days. 17 days for laundry and pressing was $126 in 2003.

I believe on the Zuiderdam it was something like 45.00 laundry and 55.00 dry cleaning unlimited, however we were able to use the 12.00 bags, and I rolled everything tightly and stuffed the bag, I was able to get 4 days worth for DH and I each :)

Several years ago we were charged $75 dollars for overweight luggage going to a cruise. Since then we have budgeted $75 for onboard laundry costs. In the last two years our laundry costs have been in the $50 - $60 range. We now pack for four days on a seven day cruise and six days on a ten day cruise.
I still pack a change of clothes in my carry on when I have to fly to an embarkation port.

We can pack, and stay within the airline weight limits, for 7 days without having to use laundry services but that's about the limit. Fully expect we'll be using some kind of laundry service on our upcoming 12 day....that's just too long. Our only out is that we'll be driving to the port and not flying so weight won't be a problem, just the convenience of not having to haul that much stuff with us.
