Veendam, "S" Cabin, Storage Space....???

For any of you that have stayed in this cabin, how is the storage space and cabinet space?

We will be traveling with our teenage DD and will probably have three big suitcases and three smaller bags.

Will we be able to stow all of it out of sight?

Is there storage under the bed?

Is there cabinet space for seven days worth of three peoples stuff???

Will we be able to stow it away AND have room to hang some clothes???

You should have have no trouble storing everything for 3 people.

We have done 14 day Alaskan cruises on the S class ships in an S Delux suite which meant we also had to take extra coats and sweaters.

There are 3 closets in the dressing room. There are 9 drawers in the area under the wondow.

We always take 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons and have always been able to store everything under the bed.

There is enough storage space in the Deluxe Verandah Cabins on the "S" and "R" ships to unload a half dozen suitcases. There are 12 drawers in the bureau, two in one nightstand and cabinet in the other, triple closets in addition to a 'coat closet' just inside the door. I hand our formal clothes in there. That closet is ample for DD to put all her things for the whole cruise and you and DH use the triple glass doored closet in the dressing room.

You'll do fine! (I've never been accused of 'traveling light'.)



KK ..... There are three rows of three drawers under the window in the bureau and then the fourth row of three at right angle to the others...beside the night stand.
There is also another shelved cabinet beside the couch as well as the cabinet beneath the TV. Ooops, almost forgot the cabinets under the buffet next to the mini bar frig - on either side.
