New Cruise Terminal?

Have just read in this month's Cruise Travel magazine, (pg. 5 letters), that there is now a new cruise terminal at Miami airport that is strictly for cruise passengers. Does anyone have any further details on this? Is this just for passengers who have booked air with their chosen cruise line or for all cruise pax?
