I was really torn about deciding if I wanted to cancel our next Noordam cruise, so I decided to give HAL another shot. I did a google search, found the corporate e-mail address and sent them another letter. To my surprise, I received a phone call about 2 hours later with an apology and a request for a little more time to investigate why I received to response to my original letter. I feel much better now.

How great that they responded so quickly. I've seen several reports like this recently, so apparently they're trying to get better at this. Good for them!
