Which nights are formal on the Zuiderdam Eastern

Can anyone tell me which nights are formal nights on the 7 day eastern cruises? We are only interested in the first one. Is it leaving HMC or the first full day at sea, which is the 3 rd night. Also, which night is the deck BBQ which I believe is on Dutch night. Does anybody really go to Dutch night? Thanks Rick

Our formal nights were always the sea days on our Eastern and Western Zuiderdam cruises.
