We leave on the Eurodam on February 7. Can we call ship services now to make dinner reservations (Tamarind, Pinnacle), or must we wait until five days before sailing? Can we also make reservations for Canaletto, and for AYW dining, or must we wait until we get on board for those? Thanks!

Not sure about the answer to your question (and sorry...don't mean to hijack your post), but have you checked out our roll call? We have a few events planned that you may be interested in onboard. Check out my email on the roll call and let me know if you are interested. :)

We got our HAL booking numbers recently for a charter of the Eurodam departing February 21st; we were able to make reservations for the Tamarind and Pinnacle once we had our booking numbers. [With charters it seems to take longer to get the HAL booking numbers]

I called Ship Services. I believe the Pinnacle could also be booked online but since I was calling for Tamarind I also booked the Pinnacle Grill at the same time.

For the charters we specify out dining preference at the time of booking; I believe the same holds true for regular cruises. On embarkation day you have the opportunity to change that dining selection and also make any specialty restaurant reservations. I have not seen any mention of advance bookings of the Caneletto.

You can call Ship Services at 1-800-541-1576 to make reservations for the Pinnacle and Tamarind.

You can not make reservations in advance for the Canaletto.

Also -- you will have to wait until you are on the ship to make reservations for the AYWD.

Ship services will charge your credit card when you make your reservation. They will also send you an email confirmation. I printed those out and brought them with me.
