<sigh>
It's good to see her sailing off, and also sad because I'm not aboard her. But, the Good Nuts cruise was wonderful. It ranks way up there as one of my more relaxing and enjoyable cruises. It sure wasn't memorable in terms of ports of call, etc., but it was a GREAT social event and it was a lot of fun, both seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

<double sigh>

It was very sad to fly over her as our plane took off (late) yesterday afternoon. Those ten days went by soooooo fast! But, to echo Greg, it was a lovely, relaxing cruise and we love the Noordam.....

Thank you for the well wishes Lettie, Carol, Lisa, Bev, and Greg! I surely miss all of you. :(

This will be a very different cruise. More R & R I think. I was up on deck waving at the inletcam.com with my yellow jacket - I don't know if he captured it. I've used so many internet minutes and my cell phone wasn't charged, Lisa, so that was the end of that. And a wave would have just been Fred and I so I didn't bother you. The others on this Roll Call didn't seem interested.

Today is the first sea day....the ship couldn't anchor at HMC because of the swells. So we're having an extra one.

I'm on my 3rd $100 Internet package, so I don't think I'll do a live from! Used up a lot of internet minutes answering inn emails and back and forth to family.

But, I'll report in now and then!

BIG Sigh!

How nice it would have been to still be sailing away instead of coming home to snow & cold. The memories and all the pictures I took, will keep us warm. :)

Thank you, Carol! That's the 1st we've seen it....I didn't know that he captured it! I called him to tell him I hadn't been able to get a group together but that Fred and I would wave from the Sea View Pool on the Lido deck!

We took a shorex in Fort Lauderdale that day, between cruises, and the captain of the Carrie B. went by his house with the sign "inletcam!" Told us to wave something bright from the ship....i.e., my yellow windbreaker and Fred's blue one!

Very fun to look at as I'm here now, wading through unpacking and laundry!
