cabin b205 and b220 - Statendam

I was looking at the deck plans for the Statendam, trying to pick a cabin. I noticed that the balconey seem larger in cabins b205 and b220, however, it looks like there is a stairwayjust outside the room. Does anybody know if:

1) There is a lot of noise from these stairs?

2) if people going up and down the stairs can see what is happening on the balconey.

3) is the balconey as large as it looks in the diagram?
