Noordam Suite Question

We're sailing on the Noordam in a couple of days. Can anyone tell me if an SY suite contains a DVD/CD player? Thanks.

I don't know about that...but we were just on the Noordam (had a great time) and I posted the menus, daily programs, and some other things on this thread (below). Thought I mention it in case you hadn't seen it. :)

The sy cabins do have dvd players and complimentary dvd rentals too!:D

i was on the noordam 2 years ago and there were DVD players. i believe they come out of the tv. u can bring your own movies because the prices are kinda stinky to rent onboard

I've been fortunate enough to find all sorts of wonderful info here (for my cruises & land vacations) so I thought I'd post this for everyone.

Have a wonderful cruise. I'd love to do a transatlantic. We're off to Alaska next. :) You'll love the Noordam. The crew is amazing.

If Hans Mateboer is your Captain, you should pick up a copy of his book "The Captain's Log." I found my copy near the cash register. I haven't read all the stories yet, but there is one that I was bending over with laughter when I read and another that was so sad, yet so uplifting. He also has a couple of books he has written for children, which I also bought-for those grandchildren that I one day hope to have.

Sailed on the MS Noordam in a SY last November. I hope your cruise is as fantastic as ours. Didn't use the DVD but it was there.

Every cabin on the Noordam has a DVD player. Even the insides on the Bargain Basement level (Main Deck).
