Eurodam ~ I have not kept up

I have not kept up with the building of the Eurodam. Is she the same ships as the Vista class? I was recently on the Noordam, so please compare to her.

Very much the same as the Vistas. Think of her as a second generation Vista.

The deck plans are essentially the same on most decks. One huge difference is the addition of the Silk Den and Tamarind restaurants on an additional deck. There's also an additional deck with cabins, some of which have what are called "Juliet" balconies.
There's cabanas (additional charge) in a "retreat" area on Observation Deck, and some by the Lido Pool.
The Internet Center has been integrated into the Crow's Nest, but that has also been changed on some of the Vistas.

Once you know your way around the Vistas, you can find your way around the E-dam easily.

Is the main pool and aft pool the same. Main pool still having the retractable cover, and no seating around the upper level overlooking the pool? Has anything been added for the younger generation, like teens?

The pools are the same as on the Vistas. The Retreat overlooks the Lido pool, as does the Silk Den lounge.
The pizza station is at the aft pool, and is open late ('til midnight, IIRC). The teens have a center, but I had no need to check on it. Sorry I can't help on that one. :o
