We have booked 2 cabins with no guarantee-meaning they are what we want and we do not want to be upgraded. I saw yesterday on one on-line booking travel company that our cabins were still available to be chosen and on another on-line booking travel company that they are not available. How can this be?

How can this be?Did you specifically say "Do Not Upgrade"? If you did not there's a small possibility that you have already been upgraded out of them, because the default is that you may be moved. However, if you just booked them very recently, it's more likely that the TA site still showing them available just has been updated yet. Call your TA on Monday to check.

Go into the HAL website and check your account. You cabin number should be there. EM
