Ryndam's Somalier/Wine Steward ?

I would like the name of the Somalier on the Ryndam. I have a good friend who was recently aboard and 'lo and behold the Somalier is a former Seabourn employee ~~he's delightful, a fun German. Cruisin' with him is a real treat!
Anyone know his name?
