Can anybody tell me if I can rent a handicapp mini van( lowered floor with a ramp) in calgary alberta ?

What do you need the van for? To get around Calgary or to are you needing it to go outside of Calgary? If it is required for within the City limits, you might want to use the Handibus which can be accessed, I believe, for the price of a transit ticket ($2.50 CDN one way). You call and make arrangements for the Handibus to pick you up at a certain time and location.
If you require more information on this service, I can look into it in more detail for you. I have no need to utilize the Handibus service hence my somewhat vague answer.
