Is it the 300 Elliot Ave address and I would just put c/o Guest Relations Department?

I have some amenities for my next cruise, but I need to send in the letter I got from HAL. It just says to send it to the guest relations department and doesn't give an address.

The Elliot Ave address was the only one I could find on the HAL website.

Thank you in advance!

That's HAL's main address in Seattle. Probably a good place to start!

Yes, the Elliott Ave. address is correct. Mark your mailing attention Guest Relations. Further, enclose a note indicating your current booking number and request they apply the amenities to that booking. You should then receive a confirmation from HAL by snail mail indicating they've applied it to that specific booking. Bring that letter with you onboard in case there are issues/questions when you sail.

I would include an e-mail address. You might get a faster response if they can communicate by e-mail vs. snail mail.

Correct. The address is also on the letterhead which that department uses.

Depending on when the letter is from, one of the representatives over there advised me that many of the offered amenities are now auto-built with your Mariner number and a lot of times now they don't need the physical letter.

I would say if you just try calling them 800-599-8256 M-F 8-5 PST you might be able to just take care of it all via phone

We also have some amenities coming and I called the 800 number and they took care of it for me. I was told there was no need to send the letter I got.:)
