Dinning room question about fish

My dad loves fish. I noticed that they serve salmon in the Pinnacle. What kind of fish do they serve in the main dinning room? Thanks for your help.

Had some GREAT Swordfish! And the salmon bake by the pool was incredible!

I really miss the crab legs though! They used to have them as an entree and they were fantastic!

I am not a fish eater but I do recall seeing at least one fish entree on every menu.

The fish dishes were great. As mentioned above salmon and sword fish. There were others too. I liked the fish on our Westerdam cruise much more than Celebrity Mercury in May.

It depends where you are cruising. When we did Eastern Caribbean in April 2003 tha fish was just fair. I had Salmon one night and it dry and far from fresh tasting. There was always a fish item offered but since I had that the first night and was not impressed I never ordered another fish item. But...... Alaska was another story. They actually picked up fresh Halibut and Salmon in the ports. I had salmon for Breakfest, Lunch and Dinner (almost every dinner) and it was wonderful. DH had Halibut and said it was one of the best he had ever had. I am looking forward to trying the fish on the Ryndam for the Sea of Cortez and give it a chance.

There is a fish entree on each dining menu.

Have also had wahoo and mahi-mahi on various HAL cruises in the past.

If its a Carib. cruise, there will be an abundance of grouper, snapper and ling cod, as well as the sword fish, mahi mahi others mentioned. Always some salmon and shrimp......jean :cool:

I really love the fish entrees. Red Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Trout, Grouper and a few I don't remember. Oh, and Talapia. YUM

just returned from a 10-day med cruise. my friend had fish every single nite (all different) and enjoyed every single one!
