Yes, everyone, I hope you have wonderful cruises!
Orcrone - that 10 days out of Norfolk on the Maasdam sounds terrific! Nice that you don't to drive or fly to get to the pier. Well, sounds like you actually WILL be flying to get to the pier.;) Can't say I blame you!:)

Thanks Ziggy! I can hardly control the excitement. Work suddenly seems so pointless - more so than usual. I'm glad I can go on this trip without having to worry about missing a Red Sox World Series Game! Sox beat the Yankees, then win the World Series, the Pats are looking for #22 in a row, we just had layoffs at my company but I avoided the ax...many things to celebrate. Get me to a bar on the Oosterdam fast!!!

Lisa-
We leave 11/1/04 - we need to leave for the airport at about 2:00 pm - British Air said if we get there early enough, they will do something for us, seat wise.
Expedia tried to get us upgraded for a mere $6,323 per person, since it was a just tad bit outside our budget we felt it best to decline...
Our kids will be in school, so we have to go by the school and say "bye" to our daughter or she will never forgive us!
Since we will be at the airport for abour 4 hours before our flight leaves - I'm pretty certain I will be feeling no pain once we board the plane (DH either!)
There is still so much to do - but this is my last day at work, so as you can see I am working frantically on getting my work all caught up! ;)
I will check in before we leave! Talk to you later... :)

Lisa and Ekerr,
Thank you very much. I don't know about the next two days flying by. I've been real busy at work today, which normally makes the day fly by. But today is draaaggggginnnnnggggggg........ I just want to go home and get ready for the cruise.
I've also been watching as the other people on the roll call thread have been departing, one by one, on their road trip to Norfolk. Tomorrow's a short day for me also. My mother (who's watching our daughters) is flying in at 2:00, so I'll be leaving a little after one. Tonight we have to head out and get what is hopefully the last couple of things. Then I'd like to pack up everything I can, with the exception of things I'll need before Saturday.
I won't be posting from the ship, but I plan on taking notes and posting when I get back.
Now, no new dress code threads while I'm gone.:D

Bye-bye all. Have a wonderful cruise.
Just two questions: how you gonna keep the little darlin's from egging your homes on Halloween ? Are you leaving bowls of chocolate on your doorstep:confused: ? (What's your address?:D)
