If you want it for the entire cruise, yes. Speak with the Ship Services dept for more information.
If you want it for anything other than the whole cruise, it is first come, first served once onboard and I believe you speak to the Front Office staff about it (midship on Deck 1)

Had one for the week beginning of march (Retreat) was a real treat,
and would certainly do it again if they were available. Was just a great place to have even if only used a couple of hours on some days,
