Cabins on the Zuiderdam

On the upper prom the inside cabins are advertised as 243 sq feet. Are these cabins that big and do they have alot of room?

Who is advertising them as such?

The HAL site lists insides at 185 sq/ft...

There is only about 5 of these cabins on the same deck as the ss suites and am sorry I think this is the upper verandah. its cabin # 6071. Has anyone been in one of these cabins?

We had cabin 6079 (Cat I)on the Z in September. It was very large, larger than some of the Verandah cabins. Some websites list it at 205 sf, which seems about right. We had 2 adults and 1 child in the room and it was fine. The sofa/bed was set away from the two double/twin beds. It was the largest Inside we have ever seen. Looking at the deck plans, it looked larger than most other Insides. This is a great location, also.

Hey ... thanks for keeping our cabin clean for us ... we were in 6079 for 10/23 sailing. Agree... that room was awesome. Most of the balcony rooms we peaked in were significantly smaller. Only suggestion ... you will really appreciate having one of those shoe over-the-door organizers for the bathroom door ... there's no good place to store little stuff. These were the largest insided cabins I've seen -

Zuiderdam's I category on upper verandah are listed as quads. They'd need to be large for four.:D
