Hi everybody.
I am asking me if from our aft 8 deck balcony ( 8139)the last one before de curve) we can see or beeing seen by anybody ? :D
Another question, is it possible for the crew to Ğmoveğ the white partition more behind. If you understand ?
Are the partition are mobile..?
Can the people next to us can see our balcony fully or just a part ???

Thanks in advance
Holacanada will be on Noordam in 15 days, 5 hours, 30 minutes and 57 seconds

If you are standing at the railing you can see, and be seen by, others standing at their railings on either side of you. You can see others at their railings below you. But, if you sitting or standing a foot or two back from the railing you can't be seen ... except by the people on the ship across the pier from you! :)

Here is a picture showing two partitions opened. The part attached to the wall can not be removed or moved.

Yeah, it does look that way when the partition is opened. But, you would really need to lean over and well, be a creeper, to see anything on your neighbors verandah. How do I know this...I am a creeper...I wanted to see what my neighbor could see before I lounged out there in my nighty. So, they would need to REALLY be a creeper to do anything like that.

Yes, the people on the curve can see you, as well as the deck officers standing on the bridge wing or monitoring the security cameras...
...with very few exceptions - anyone on the bridge can see what anyone is doing on a side-facing verandah.

No, I'm saying that there are security cameras on the bridgewings and stern of the ship that - between them - have a view of nearly every verandah.

But you'd be amazed how good the view is of the verandahs off the bridge wings.

I don't believe they can see onto the verandas very far down the ship. As long as I can't see the outer tip of the bridge wing (from a verandah on the forward half of the ship) then the camera can't see me.

You'd be surprised...

You'd be surprised...Yes, I'd be very surprised to see that light can go around corners, other than when being bent by massive gravity. :D

You would have to ask the neighbors next to you if they want the partition opened.

I know that I would never agree to have the partition open.

I just found this picture showing how much of the verandahs can be seen from the bridge wing. Not much, except for deck 4.

Yes, but I'm pretty certain that the "window washing" rigs on each side of the stern have another set of cameras...
...and if I'm not mistaken, there are cameras inside the midship glass elevator enclosures as well.
