We sailing in Dec from FLL and going to Dominica, San Juan, St. Thomas and Barbados. When we book shore excursions from outside vendors do we book island time or ship time? and are they the same in the winter? Thanks for the help.

Just contact the independent operators. They all know ship schedules and on-board times, and they're all anxious to work with you. If they're not, you don't want to deal with them!
