I'm booked on a BB guar for June sailing through Amex Plat Concierge but for some reason don't seem to qualify for 2 category upgrade or 300 OBC. Is that because BB isn't a suite?
What normal amenities do I have in this particular cabin that are different from category F or something?

(First time posting, BTW!)

Welcome to Cruise Critic.

BB is what used to be known as a mini-suite.

The AMEX Plat will not allow you to get a 2 category upgrade from this category as it would put you into a full suite.

From what I understand, the $300 shipboard credit is only for those people who book the PS, S, SA, SB and SC Delux suites.

Judging from your mentioning that you booked a BB category, it sounds as though you are on one of the S or R class ships.

That cabin category has a mini refrigerator -- you will have a balcony compared to the F category. The BB cabin is bigger.

Thanks, yes, its an S class ship. Good to hear about the mini fridge, I guess. That makes things quite convenient and easier to enjoy the balcony.
I once saw something about "Signature Benefits" or something very similar to that language in reference to my cabin, but now I no longer can find that information.
I was wondering if that meant access to a concierge or secret private rooms or passageways or something. :)

I do recall getting personalized stationary in that category, lol. They are very nice cabins however, with a large balcony. On most sailings however, the price is nearly double that of a cat C.
