DH and I are doing a b2b and wonder do they have a laundry location for us to do laundry or do they have the bags in the room? This is our first HAL cruise so I am unsure. Thanks to all that reply.

They do not have self service laundry but they do provide laundry bags in the room that you can fill and pay for cleaning.

Since you're new to Holland America I'll just point out that all their other ships except for the Vista models (Zuiderdam, Oosterdam, Westerdam) do have self-service laundries on them.

You can get all the laundry done that you can fit in the bag for $15, but you need to ask for the slip to fill out. All we found in our room was the pricing by the piece laundry slip.

Just off the Oosterdam and you can have laundry done 3 ways.
1. Buy the piece which is kind of expensive but good if you just want a couple of items washed or dry cleaned.
2. By the bag - $12 per bag, items come back folded. The bags are kind of small but you can cram in several outfits.
3. Unlimited laundry package - cost depends on the length of the cruise. Ours was $120/cabin for 18 day cruise. Items come back ironed and on hangers or folded - however you request.
Also you can get a pressing package for just ironing.

Thank you everyone. This helps because I refuse to take 2 weeks full of clothes and to many suit cases. Thanks again.
