Had a great time exhausted though. I will post a full review tomorrow (hopefully) once I finish the laundry and there is lots!

Welcome home. Relax. Find some food. Unpack and do the laundry.

Then Report! We want news, woman!

Welcome back! You know, with these new modern conveniences called washing machines you can be doing the laundry and writing your review at the same time!

DAVE - They have a machine that folds, hangs and puts away!? Do tell, I need one of those  Actually we are dealing with ghosts and goblins as well so the review will have to wait...I have to think about it too because there were some negatives that I don't want to get flamed for.

Welcome back to you Gliles!!
I would hope that we are all adult enough not to flame anyone with their "take" on a cruise. Each experience is individual, sometimes great, and unfortunately, sometimes terrible. :o
Tomorrow when room service and your cabin steward don't appear it will really set in:eek: . Look forward to your review...the good, the bad, ad the ugly!

Welcome home!!!! Hope the "laundry fairies" visit you during the night!!!! Looking forward to your review and especially want to know if the cabanas on HMC are operational since I have rented the orange one week after next.

Please be sure and report the good as well as the bad. If you are flamed, I will post in your favor, as will many others on the boards. You are entitled to YOUR opinion abour YOUR cruise!

Then send me the info on the bad stuff, because I would never give you a hard time. Hey did you remember to go to the railing while you were at the pool and look down into my future cabin for me? I can't wait to hear what you thought about this ship since you know in just over a month I will be on her for 2 weeks. Oh heck I will fly to Texas and do your wash and get Carl his beer. LOL

Can't wait to hear from you.

ps we have new ceiling and the house is coming along.

Gliles, I forgot to ask one more question about the Oosterdam and would appreciate your answer when you have time.
.......Is the new bedding now on the Oosterdam?????.......

I had the new bedding on the Maasdam this past August, and oh what a treat it was!! I did not have the new bedding on the Oosterdam this past January, and while the bed was very comfortable, it just wasn't the same as the new mattresses and comforters on the Maasdam......so, I am anxious to hear.

Thanks again!

Welcome Home Gretchen, I am eager to hear how you like the Oosterdam. As I write this I can honestly say the Oosterdam is my favorite ship but that could change 2 weeks from today when I will have already been on the Ryndam for 1 full day. I liked the Zuirderdam but I felt the Oosterdam just had a little bit different personality that I really liked from the Captain to the crew to just the over all feel. Get yourself back to home reality and write when you can.

Welcome Back!!!

anxious to hear the review...will be on the "O" this coming Sunday. And don't worry about those thin-skinned folks who have difficulty with feedback...knowing the negatives will possibly help us avoid them. And if they don't want to read your opinion...then they can select another thread to read!

Wow! Dave! C'mon down!!! :D

Gretchen! Welcome home! I wrote another post because I didn't see this in my haste (didn't have my computer). But now it's back and I'm back and I can't wait for your review ... the good, the bad and the ugly. Please don't be delicate. Forewarned is forearmed as far as I'm concerned.

And yes! I'm with Dee. How 'bout the bedding???
