I'm am thrilled to see Carnival add this option to their cruiseline. It is the one reason DH and I have only taken short cruises with Carnival. We like dining options on cruises one week or longer. We've been wanting to book Carnival Spirit's Mexican Riviera itinerary and now we can look forward to booking it.

We enjoy cruising different cruiselines because there are favorite things we like about many of them. Mostly we just like variety from restaurants to entertainment and decor. The one thing we have gotten used to is not having an assigned dining time or table. We like to dine at different times each day depending on times at ports.

This is great news.

This sounds great! Must be what all that "Waitlisted" confusion came from. Probably system upgrades.
