Am noticing some good deals for Thanksgiving week cruises, but all of them have only guaranteed cabins, not particular cabin assignments. I am assuming that's due to the short time between now and Thanksgiving.

Here's my dilemma: I need two cabins, and they need to be close together--not necessarily next door but within a few doors.

Those of you who have purchased multiple guaranteed cabins before, especially at short notice, how good was HAL about giving you close-together cabins? Obviously some would depend on what cabins were still open...but any feedback would help me. Thanks!

I don't think anyone can answer that one. But I will say that we booked far ahead of time 3 guarantees and got assignments 2 weeks out and we got 2 next to each other and a 3rd across the hall. Hope that helps some

If your reservations are linked they will do their best to put your cabins close together.
