Hors d'oeuvers

A group of us will be meeting on board the Amsterdam for the first time. After meeting here on CC on the Roll Call HAL beginning three months ago, 10-12 of us have set up a date time and place to gather on our first full day at sea. We will be on the Amsterdam's departure out of Rio on 11/11.

A question has arisen that we cannot answer maybe someone out there has the answer. Are hors d'oeuvers served in the Crow's Nest every day? If so, when, at what time? We have made arrangements to meet at 4:00 since we have different seating times. Will hors d'oeuvers (puu puu's in Hawaii) be avaliable at that time. We all appreciate your help.

In order to set up a group and have group meeting space on board, you"ll want to have your travel professional be in contact with Ship Services. The ship group coordinator for the Amsterdam is Jennifer Brewster : Jbrewster@HollandAmerica.com Hope this will be of some help for you. Hors d'oevres are served in all the lounges just before dinner (perhaps an hour, before).

With the four dining times that all of the ships have, Crowsnest would be offering hors d'ouerves starting at about 5:15 which is a half hour prior to the first dining time of 5:45 P.M.


Great advice above about contacting Jennifer at the e-mail addy which was provided by Leslie?

Sounds like it should be a fun meeting to all join up together in the Crowsnest.

Appetizers

To accommonadate all dining times, on the Statendam, the appetizers were served from 4:45 to 6:15 for the 5:45 and 6:15 dinners. For the 8 and 8:30 dinners, appetizers were served from 7 to 8:30.
