Do cat 4 cabins get any special suite check in for embarkation or is this just for cats 1-3. Any info is appreciated.

Sorry -- Cat. 4 staterooms do not receive any special perks for embarkation. Only Cat. 1, 2 or 3 suites have a special line for check-in and are allowed to board the ship after handicapped guests. HTH
